If not a good brother better to find out now. If he tries to somehow use it against K then K needs to figure out what he wants to do. If you are out the family may either suspect or not care about K’s sexual orientation given that you spend time with him overnight and in the same room.

It is fine and normal that K needs to figure things out about himself and you should support him in that. He is likely dealing with a lot of self doubt and fear of judgement. While he doesn’t owe anyone an explanation, it is important that he be able to deal with it if called out, and for his sake it would be better to take a “yeah so what, it’s none of your business/ I am who I am” approach than a denial.
